An Arizona investment company holding title as JCV LLC purchased the unanchored strip center at 895 South Val Vista Drive in Gilbert, AZ, for $1.488 million, nearly $280 per square foot. The 5,340-square-foot facility was 100 percent occupied at the time of sale by three tenants: H &R Block, Pizza Hut, and Warner Vista Animal Hospital. Sunrise Bank of Arizona provided the financing. Built in 2001, the retail property sits on 24,500 square feet of land and offers 98' of frontage on Val Vista Drive.
