BRUSSELS, Belgium--As part of its ‘Rezidor 5-STEP People Development Programme’, The Rezidor Hotel Group today is launching a group-wide “Rezidor Learning Network (RLN)”, a unique Learning Management System based on a virtual electronic platform to deliver global training and education in new initiatives and brand management strategies.

The Rezidor Learning Network complements the company’s existing learning forums, i.e. Business School @ Rezidor which brings face-to-face learning from experienced instructors. A virtual learning environment offers an alternative method, promoting self-learning, that can be adjusted to the students’ needs and time constraints. RLN is offered in cooperation with Carlson Hotels Worldwide, Rezidor’s largest shareholder, and a global leader in the hotel, marketing, restaurant and travel industries.
Rezidor will offer the RLN network throughout its multi-brand portfolio of 375 hotels and over 35,000+ employees in 58 countries.
