Census Bureau Opened Office on Hudson

The U.S. General Services Administration leased 33,420 square feet at 395 Hudson St. in New York City. The space will be occupied by the U.S. Census Bureau, which has signed a long-term lease for the eighth floor. Built in 1921, 395 Hudson St. was fully renovated a decade ago. It consists of 600,000 square feet, of which 98% is leased.
