SMM Management LLC leased the industrial building at 46 North 49th Ave. in Phoenix. SMM took the entire building of 92,000 square feet. The 10-year lease, which is valued at $2.9 million, will commence in mid-January. Don MacWilliam and Payson MacWilliam of Insignia/ESG represented both the landlord and the tenant.
