Fully Leased Industrial Facility Purchased

B&Y Properties purchased the industrial building at 2110-2140 East Cloverleaf St. in Columbus for approximately $2.8 million. The 152,129-square-foot facility sits on 8.80 acres and is equipped with 20 exterior loading docks and one drive-in bay. North American Van Lines and The Brown Van Storage Co. occupy the building, which is 100 percent leased. Rick Trott of Grubb & Ellis/Adena Realty Advisors represented the seller, John W. Messmore Trustee. B&Y Properties was represented in-house.
