Little Lady Foods purchased the 60,000-square-foot industrial facility at 1910 Swanson Court in Gurnee, IL. Little Lady acquired the property from a private group of investors for $2,075,000. The building is on a five-acre parcel. Features of the building include power service of 6,000 amps/240 volts, 4 rail spots, 6 loading docks with levelers, and a 24-foot clear ceiling height. The company is an international supplier of products to several major airlines, fast-food/chain restaurants, grocery stores, schools, golf courses, and foodservice accounts. They will conduct business operations under the title of Marti's Culinary. The company is scheduled to move in once the 60,000-square-foot building has been retrofitted to include a 30,000-square-foot freezer. John Hauser and Edward Lowenbaum of Insignia represented the seller and Brian Colson of NAI Hiffman represented Little Lady Foods.
