Distributor Leases Entire 160,000 SF Facility

Excel Garden Products leased 160,000 square feet of warehouse/distribution space at 957 Heinz Way in Grand Prairie, TX, an expansion of nearly 30,000 square feet over its present facility, Valwest III at 1540 Luna Road in Carrollton. Formerly doing business as Central Garden & Pet, Excel Garden is a producer and distributor of consumer garden and pet products. Craig Hughes, of The Holt Cos. represented the landlord, Gateway Frontiers, a fund of TA Associates Realty of Boston. Josh LaRocca of Insite Realty Partners of Houston represented the tenant.
