1 Samsung Place Sold to Roxbury 2002

After several false starts, 1 Samsung Place in Ledgewood, NJ, has been sold. Roxbury 2002 purchased the 233,212-square-foot flex building from Samsung Electronics Inc. The purchase price was $9 million, approximately $39 per square foot. Set on 72 acres, the building was constructed in the 1980s for Samsung for use as an office/production/distribution facility. The building features 14 loading docks, one drive-in bay and 4,000 amps of heavy power. The team of Tom Mallaney, John Oh and Rolf Kemen of CB Richard Ellis represented Samsung. Jeffrey Rosenberg and Steven Frank, also of CB Richard Ellis, represented the buyer.
