New York City's Health & Hospital Corp. signed a lease for five floors at 160 Water St. It will occupy 126,000 square feet on the 6th through 10th and 12th floors, while the company holds an option for four additional floors. The term of the lease is 20 years. The corporation will take possession of the old AIG space April 1st. The Health & Hospital Corp., which is responsible for running the city's public hospitals, will be moving its administrative staff from 230 West 41st St. to its new location, as well as consolidating some smaller offices scattered throughout the city. The property is a 24-story tower located in the Insurance District. Richard Feldman of Williamson, Pickett and Gross represented the landlord, 160 Water Street Associates.
