SRC Holding LP acquired 26020 Acero, Building G, in the 10-building, multi-tenant Alicia Park for $1.9 million or $200 per square foot. The 9,610-square-foot, Class-B office building was 48% leased at the time of sale. Just over a decade old, the freestanding building features an entrance of granite-and-marble accents and a 4/1000 parking ratio. The first floor of the building was approved for medical use.
