New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo has authorized placing temporary hospitals at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center in New York City, two college campuses and an arena venue in Westchester County as the Empire State, which has the most coronavirus cases in the nation, grapples to slow the spread of the illness.
