Linda Gonsalves Trust and Kozachencho Trust purchased two office buildings located at 1133 Auburn St. in Fremont, CA. Total consideration for the deal was $1.7 million, or $145 per square foot. Constructed in 1982, the two buildings total 11,739 square feet and are situated on .82 acres. Steve Tao of Prudential California Realty in Fremont represented the buyers. John Serex of Grubb & Ellis in San Jose represented the sellers, Ron & Linda Nemmer and Roy Buis.
