The space is on part of the 4th and 9th floors, as well as the entire 10th and 11th floors. Known as Stanford Place 3 in the Denver Tech Center, this 17-story, 365,487-square-foot office tower was built in 1984. It has six passenger elevators and one freight elevator. Building amenities include conferencing facility, high-speed Internet, marketing suite, on-site management, restaurant, and covered parking at a ratio of 5 per 1,000.
