Baxville Moves To Bandini

Plastic Extrusion Company Leases 40,000 Square Feet

Baxville, a company specializing in plastic extrusion, signed a five-year lease at 4168 Bandini Blvd. in Los Angeles. It will occupy the entire 40,000-square-foot industrial building. Total consideration for the deal was approximately $880,000 over the five-year agreement. Thomas Holland of Heger Realty Corp., represented Baxville. John Privett, Jeff Stephens and Brian McLoughlin of CB Richard Ellis, represented the owner, Westcore Industrial Properties.
