North Pole USA, a leading producer of camping gear and the largest producer of tents in the world, expanded its lease at Regency I and signed a new 242,650-square-foot lease. The 156,324-square-foot expansion will triple the company's U.S. distribution center. NorthPole USA began operations in Texas back in 1997 when it moved into the 405,780-square-foot facility at 1025-1029 Post & Paddock in Grand Prairie. The opportunity to remain at Regency I and expand was made possible when Mohawk Industries relocated to Tradepoint One in Coppell over the summer. The additional warehouse space was made necessary by a reorganization of the company's distribution systems and a recent expansion in its client base. Ron Bullock of Wilcox Realty Group negotiated the lease.
