Saturn, an auto dealership, signed a five-year lease for 20,000 square feet of retail space located at 1375 East Main St. in El Cajon, CA. The lease was valued at nearly $1.45 million, or approximately $72.50 per square foot, triple net. Saturn intends to occupy the entire building and open an auto body and used car area within the dealership. Constructed in 1984, the building features 16 services bays and a 25-foot poll sign.
