200 Acres in Inland Empire Sell

Agua Mansa Industrial Center Purchased by Developer

Two hundred acres in the Agua Mansa Industrial Center area of San Bernardino and Riverside counties sold to Los Angeles-based developer, Lowe Enterprises Real Estate Group. The property offers improved lots, rail service, enterprise zone benefits, industrial waste line, industrial zoning, and redevelopment zone benefits. Lowe Enterprises will offer lots for sale or lease, ranging in size from two acres to 140 acres. Additionally, Lowe is offering build-to-suit opportunities on the land and has plans for three spec buildings totaling 420,000 square feet. Four transactions for 40 of the 200 acres are currently in escrow. Kevin McKenna and Ian DeVries of CB Richard Ellis' Ontario office represented the buyer, Lowe Enterprises, and the seller, Washington Mutual.
