The Republic of France agreed to terms on a 22,000-square-foot lease for the 37th floor of the 938,765-square-foot office building located at 205 North Michigan Ave. in Chicago. The 44-story building, part of the Illinois Center Complex, features a retail concourse with gateway connection and direct access to Illinois Center shopping, The Hyatt Regency, and the Fairmont & Swiss Grand Hotels. Jason Kleiman, director of Steinco Inc., represented the Republic of France. Mike Watts of J. F. McKinney & Associates represented BTS LLC. Pullman Geddis Architects was retained to design and implement the consolidation.
