High-Tech Company Moves Into Three Pkwy.

InnaPhase Corp. Takes 12th Floor

Due to an increase in its space needs, Inna Phase signed on for the entire 12th floor at the Three Parkway Building, 1601 Cherry St., in Center City Philadelphia. The company’s new space totals 27,753 square feet. The Class-A building was renovated in 1997 and features amenities such as a fitness center, cafeteria, and a production studio. InnaPhase is a supplier of compliant technology solutions for the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries, and is one of the Delaware Valley’s fastest growing technology companies. William Luff and Craig Worton of the Trammell Crow Co. NE Inc. represented the landlord, Amstar Group Inc. Edward O’Brien of the Staubach Co. represented InnaPhase.
