Overtape (CA) QRS 15-14 Inc., c/o W.P. Carey & Co. LLC, purchased the Overland Storage Campus in the Kearny Mesa area of San Diego. The two-building project is comprised of a 60,335-square-foot office building located at 4820 Overland Ave. and a 98,250-square-foot R&D building located at 9112 Spectrum Center Blvd. Both buildings were build-to-suits for Overland Storage, a leader in the data storage industry. The tenant signed a 12-year lease when the buildings were completed in March of this year. The 158,585-square-foot campus was purchased for approximately $28.74 million, in excess of $181 per square foot. Nick Psyllos of CB Richard Ellis represented the buyer, as well as the seller, Layton-Belling & Associates.
