Great American Settlement Agency, a newly established title company dealing in mortgages, signed a three-year lease for 1,700 square feet at 347 Northgate Drive in Warrendale, PA. The tenant plans to take occupancy of the entire building on Dec.1, 2002. The building, which was renovated in 2000, will be 100% leased following the transaction. Carol Cavanaugh of Allegheny Commercial Real Estate represented the landlord, JGB Partners, and the tenant in the deal.
