Schumacher Furniture, a large chain furniture supplier, signed a 5-year lease for 16,230 square feet of warehouse space at 4276 Strausser Road Northwest in North Canton, OH. The company plans to move into the space at the end of November of this year. The 18,750-square-foot building, which includes five loading docks, will be almost completely occupied by Schumacher. The building features 16,230 square feet of warehouse space, which the furniture company will occupy, as well as 2,300 square feet of office space, which was still available for lease at the time of the transaction.
