Mayaler Inc. of Aspen, CO, purchased the multi-tenant medical-office building located at 14640 North Tatum Blvd. in Phoenix. The 19,157-square-foot Tatum Professional Plaza sold for $2.8 million, slightly more than $146.16 per square foot at a 9.3% cap rate. The transaction was an all-cash deal. Steve Gonzalez and Jamie Medress of Marcus & Millichap represented both the buyer and the seller, Tatum Professional Group.
