1469 Pacific Avenue Sells for $1.46M

PSP Construction Co. purchased 1469 Pacific Ave. located in the Van Ness Corridor in San Francisco, CA. The 15,995-square-foot property sold for $1.46 million. Situated on an 8,766-square-foot lot, the building offers one roll-up door, heavy power and full sprinklers. The property was previously owned and occupied by LeeMah Properties Inc. and used as a light manufacturing space for computer boards assembly. Anton Qiu with TRI/Oncor International in San Francisco represented both the seller and the buyer in the transaction.
