Syufy Enterprises Buys for New Project

Plans for Demolishing 3150 Bradshaw Road

The parent company of Century Theaters, Syufy Enterprises, purchased an industrial building from J.L. Haley Enterprises for $2.1 million or $37.19 per square foot. The property is located at 3150 Bradshaw Road in Sacramento and is 56,471 square feet. Built in 1939, the building features 24'-28' ceiling-clearance height, heavy power, four dock-high doors, and six grade-level doors. Part of an assemblage, the buyers have future plans to demolish the building and acquire surrounding parcels in the area to make way for the Bradshaw Landing Project. This project will be a 360,000-square-foot movie theater and retail center. Louis Jones with Cornish & Carey in Sacramento represented the seller.
