Retail Center Sells for $19.9 Million After Being on the Market for Only 15 Days

Costa Mesa Square, LLC acquired 3030 Harbor Blvd. in Costa Mesa for $19,935,000 or almost $272 a square foot. Anchors of the 19-tenant retail center include Target, Henry's Marketplace and Hallmark. The newly constructed center was sold at a cap rate of 8.2 percent and was on the market for just 15 days before it went into a 60-day escrow period. Dennis Vaccaro of Faris Lee Investments represented Costa Mesa Square, LLC. Rich Walter and Don MacLellan also of Faris Lee, represented the seller, KBGS Costa Mesa, LLC.
