An investment group comprised of Capital Partners of Jacksonville and Jeffrey R. Douglas, Renaissance Realty Associates and Maury L. Carter & Associates, all of Orlando, acquired the 550,000-square-foot manufacturing and distribution facility at 1500 Gateway Blvd. in Boynton Beach from Motorola for $21.7 million. In addition to the 20-year-old building, the sale included 29-acres of undeveloped land zoned for multi-use.
