Lamkome Restaurants, d.b.a. Wahoo’s Fish Tacos, purchased 2851-2855 Pullman St. in Santa Ana for $128 per square foot or $4.929 million. The multi-tenant flex building will be the office headquarters for the up-and-coming shabby-sheik restaurant chain. The Brazilian-born owners of Chinese descent, Wing Lam, Ed Lee, and Mingo Lee, decided to bring the famous Mexican-style fish taco to Orange County and haven't looked back since. Fourteen years after opening its doors, Wahoo's boasts 25 restaurants and has no plans for slowing down. Brad Rodgers of Curtis & Associates represented Wahoo’s Fish Tacos. John Griffin of Voit Commercial Brokerage represented the seller, Turner Development Corp in the owner/user transaction.
