Miramar Retail Center Goes for $4.5 Million

Calvary Chapel Mira Mesa purchased Camino Village Shopping Center for $4.5 million. The property was built in 1979 and is located at 11295 Camino Ruiz in San Diego, situated at the corner of Camino Ruiz and Zapata Avenue. The buyer paid approximately $129 per square foot for the 34,822-square-foot center. At the time of the sale, it was fully leased and sold at an approximate cap rate of 9.5%. Eric Knowles of Pacific Commercial Investments represented the seller, Cal American Income Property Fund I.
