United Building Products Southwest Inc. signed a lease for the entire 50,050-square-foot industrial building at 9101 Chancellor Row in Dallas. United Building Products provides technical assistance, consultation and system specifications for today's building envelope for moisture and thermal barriers. Built in 1964, 9101 Chancellor Row features a 60,000-square-foot fenced and paved outside storage, three docks, seven grade-level doors, heavy power, a clear height of 16 feet and drive-thru capabilities. Lawrence Leon and Ned Washburn of CB Richard Ellis represented the building owner in the lease transaction. Sharon Morrison of The Staubach Co. represented United Building Products in the deal.
