A partnership has formed between two powerhouses in their respective industries. Colliers Turley Martin Tucker, major player on the real estate brokerage scene, has made a marketing partnership with Regus (NASDAQ:REGS), a large facilitator of furnished, staffed, and equipped offices across the globe. This conjoined effort will occur in two major office buildings in the KCMO/KS area. One building is the almost 500,000-square-foot Two Pershing Square located in the Freight House District of Kansas City. Lighton Tower in Overland Park, KS, which totals 286,000 square-feet, is the other. Both hi-tech centers will completely blend conference rooms, workstations, cyber-cafes and common areas.
