Chicago Board of Options Exchange Finds a NY Home

The Chicago Board of Options Exchange is moving into 2,881 square feet on the 13th floor of 61 Broadway. Originally a tenant of the World Trade Center, The board operates the largest options market in the world. Matthew Brudner and Jodi Roberts of Insignia/ESG represented the Chicago Board of Options Exchange. A Cushman & Wakefield team of John Wheeler and Nathanael Pennington represented the landlord, Crown Broadway, LLC.
