B&D Real Estate Holdings LLC purchased the 23,628-square-foot industrial building at 5035 E. McKellips Road in Mesa, AZ. The building sold for $1.6 million, more than $67.70 per square foot. The buyer occupied the property as a tenant, Impact Auto Body, for about one year prior to the sale. It had been paying $15,500/month NNN in rent at the time of the sale.
