The company is relocating from its current location at 9111 Jollyville Road where it occupies 5,479 square feet. Camp Dresser’s new second floor offices at 12357 Riata Trace Parkway bring the building to 89% occupancy. Riata Corporate Park 5 is a 91,500-square-foot, 3-story, Class-A office building built in 1998. It is situated near Highway 183 and Parmer Lane in a nine-building, campus-style suburban office complex totaling 736,983 square feet on 50 wooded acres, with 16-acre city park and scenic lake.
