United Foam Plastics Technologies renewed its lease at 175 Ward Hill Ave. in Haverhill, MA, this month for another five years. It originally moved to the space in January of 1993 and has remained there ever since. Based in Georgetown, UFP Technologies plans to continue to use this 48,772-square-foot warehouse space as its primary manufacturing facility for its foam products. This industrial building has natural gas heating, six bays, and 12 docks, with UFP Technologies keeping six docks for its individual space. The ceilings range from 16'-21' and there is heavy, phase 3 power, with 600 amps and 480 volts in the building. Steven DeSisto of Coldwell Banker Hunneman King Davis represented the landlord, Ward Hill Associates LLC. UFP Technologies represented itself in the lease transaction.
