Medical Office Building Sells For $1.61 Million

The John W. Fountain Revocable Living Trust purchased the South Valley Medical Center located at 303 East Baseline Road in Phoenix. The 30,750-square-foot medical office building sold for $1.61 million, more than $52.35 per square foot. The building was approximately 52% occupied at the time of sale. James Donell of Los Angeles-based Jalmar Properties Inc. represented the seller, General Electric Capital Business A. Tom Semancik and Michael Ciosek of Colliers International represented the buyer in the transaction.
