Charles and Johnetta H. Williams purchased the apartment complex at 12800 W. Nine Mile Road in Oak Park, MI, on August 15, 2002. The 46-unit multifamily property, known as Scotia Manor Apartments, closed for $1.76 million or $38,261 per unit at a 9.56 percent cap rate. Built in 1964, the complex consists of 24 one-bedroom units and 22 two-bedroom units. Greg Coulter of Income Property represented both the buyer and the sellers, Lech and Bernice Gurne.
