Fairfield Industrial Facility Now Fully Leased

WorldPAC, a California-based auto parts importer, inked a 5-year lease at 4115 Thunderbird Lane in Fairfield, OH. The deal was for 67,000 square feet of industrial space, of which 3,000 square feet was office. The building is owned by Indianapolis-based Duke Realty Corp. and is located in the Hamilton/Fairfield industrial submarket. WorldPAC directly imports original equipment parts for roughly 18 import brand motor vehicles, and serves over 36 markets. Bill Chester of Duke Realty represented the company in-house. Si Pitstick of Cincinnati Commercial Realtors represented the tenant.
