Excelergy subleased 22,441 square feet of office space at the Lexington Corporate Center, 10 Maguire Road, Lexington, MA. Lexington Corporate Center is comprised of four inter-connected buildings, totaling 291,000 square feet of Class-A office space. Excelergy, a world leader in software technology, will occupy most of the 1st floor of Building 1. Previously located at 181 Spring St. in Lexington, Excelergy will move into the space formally occupied by Phase Forward. Keith Gurtler and John Boyle of Trammell Crow represented the sublandlord Phase Forward, while Neil Ross of The Staubach Co. represented the tenant.
