Julien J. Studley Inc. promoted Thomas M. Fulcher, Jr. to executive vice president of the company’s Washington, DC, office. Since joining Studley in 1986, Fulcher has focused on providing real estate services to major tenants throughout the United States and has closed transactions totaling in excess of 3 million square feet. He is experienced in structuring a broad spectrum of transactions, from straight leases to equity participations. He has represented some of the Washington area’s most prominent companies and organizations including: SRA International; Accenture; Kilpatrick Stockton; Wilmer Cutler & Pickering; and the American Psychiatric Association. In 1998, Tom was named a co-manager of Studley’s Washington, D.C. office.
