Corporate Headquarters Changes Hands and is Leased

Taurus New England Investments Corp. purchased 200 Ward Hill Ave. in Haverhill, MA, for $15.3 million or $56.67 per square foot. The property is comprised of two buildings that are joined for a total size of 270,000 square feet on a single story. The seller of the buildings, GlobalWare Solutions Inc., bases its global headquarters out of this Haverhill location and has leased back the property with a possibility of subleasing some space in the future. GlobalWare is a provider of software contract manufacturing, content management, e-business services and value chain management services. Taurus New England Investments invests, develops and provides property management in properties across the United States. Bradford Spencer of Grubb & Ellis and James Thomson, formerly of Grubb & Ellis, represented the seller. Scott Tully and Peter Merrigan of Taurus New England Investments represented their company.
