NAREIT this week announced its 2002-2003 slate of officers, executive committee members and newly added members of its board of governors. No surprises here. As expected, Steven Roth, Chairman and CEO of Vornado Realty Trust (NYSE:VNO), was elected Chairman. He will be succeeded next year by First Vice Chair Hamid R. Moghadam, Chairman and CEO of AMB Property (NYSE:AMB), followed by Edward H. Linde, President, CEO and Director of Boston Properties (NYSE: BXP), who was named second vice chair, and Arthur M. Coppola, President and CEO of The Macerich Co. (NYSE:MAC), who was named treasurer.
