Delta Apparel, manufacturer and distributor of knitwear clothing, will soon have a new distribution center in South Florida. The company agreed to a 10-year lease of 63,800 square feet at Building B of the Miramar Business Center at 11600 Miramar Pkwy. in Miramar. The 289,300-square-foot facility features over 30 loading docks and sits east of I-75. Bill Kahn of Commercial Property Realty Advisors teamed up with Eric Ramer of Atlanta-based Icon Commercial Interests to bring Delta Apparel to Miramar. P. Benjamin Eisenberg of Cushman & Wakefield represented Industrial Developments International, the owner and developer of the Miramar Business Center.
