Computer Associates Inc., a software services developer that helps corporate users protect and manage its networks, signed a short- and long-term deal at Highland Oaks. They signed a temporary lease for 8,353 square feet on the 2nd floor until January 2003 at Highland Oaks I at 10150 Highland Manor Dr. The second lease was for 44,838 square feet of space on the 3rd and 4th floors in Highland Oaks 2 at 10210 Highland Manor Dr. Computer Associates also has a 1-year option to lease the remaining 9,000 square feet on the 4th floor for expansion purposes. Highland Oaks 1 and 2 are 4-stories and approximately 125,000 square feet each. The buildings are owned, leased and managed by Duke Realty Corp. Tim Hain of Duke Realty Corp. negotiated on behalf of the landlord.
