The Metropolitan Transit Authority (MTA), a division of the New York Transit Authority, leased 331 Tiffany Street, a 400,000-square foot industrial facility in the Hunts Point area of the Bronx in New York. The Feil Organization announced the ten-year lease to the agency at the former Alexanders Distribution Center located within Federal Empowerment and NYS Economic Development Zones.
