Elizabeth R. Houley joined Newmark & Company Real Estate Inc. as a senior managing director. She possesses more than 16 years of experience in the New York real estate market, primarily in the representation of the city’s most high-profile real estate owners. Houley served as leasing agent for many of Manhattan’s premier properties, including 335 Madison Ave., 230 Park Ave., Heron Tower, Plaza 57, 270 Madison Ave., 595 Madison Ave. and 711 Fifth Ave. At 230 Park Ave., Houley supervised the property’s strategic redevelopment, which included restacking more than 300 tenants. Prior to joining Newmark, Houley was a leasing director and vice president at Jones Lang LaSalle, and was also previously affiliated with The Galbreath Co.
