The second lease was for the 40,729-square-foot office building at 2100 Cabot Blvd. West. The total lease value for both properties exceeded $4.8 million. Brian Lafond of Gola Corporate Real Estate represented Harte-Hanks in both lease transactions. Tony Bardy represented the landlord of 2050 Cabot, Somerset Properties Inc., in house.
