The building, constructed in 1969, is 7,200 square feet and is on a 12,390-square-foot lot with 78 feet of frontage on Bay Road. The property offers it tenants a 1.39/1,000 parking ratio, a total of four drive-in bays, 200 square feet of office space and 3,100 square feet of space is covered by a metal roof. Neal Umphrey of Redwood Associates Real Estate represented the buyer. Elisabeth Eros and Joe Rodden of Prudential California Realty represented the seller, Charles David Lobree.
