The 1999 Milton & Michelle Mabry Family Trust purchased the 14,743-square-foot, Class-C office building located at 23717 Hawthorne Blvd. in Torrance, CA, for a confirmed $1.5 million, or $102 per square foot. Milton Mabry agreed to a deal with Yoshiyuki Satori, general manager of Satori Electric Co., for the 27-year-old building that sits on a 22,390-square-foot lot.
