The Cirrus Group will begin construction October 15th on Trophy Club Medical Plaza, a specialty hospital located north of Kirkwood Boulevard exit on Highway 114. The two-building $23 million medical facility will consist of a 65,000-square-foot medical office building and a 60,000-square-foot ambulatory surgery center. Both buildings will be 2 to 3-stories high, providing offices and services for an estimated 50-75 physicians practicing in the communities spanning Highway 114 along the Alliance corridor. The facility is scheduled for completion during the fourth quarter of 2003 and represents the Cirrus Group's largest venture to date into the field of short-stay surgery centers.
